My Approach.
Human Centered
As a practicing psychotherapist for almost 15 years, I believe that real change comes when we connect as individuals first.
As a trilingual clinician (English, Spanish, Hindi) I have worked in in-patient, out-patient, school-based, emergency room, community-based, telehealth, and mobile treatment settings. My practice and convening style prioritizes the value of interdisciplinary and diverse perspectives and fostering a space that promotes safety, trust, and resilience.
Evidence Informed
As a community epidemiologist, I believe in the use of data to inform solutions and amplify storytelling.
I help consulting partners generate evidence to advance and impact change. I have successfully lead and contributed to multiple mixed methods endeavors, with a keen eye for challenging and innovating traditional research practices that impede achieving health equity.
Inclusive and Community-Focused
I am a woman of color and the daughter of immigrants.
I believe solutions are achieved when patient and community voices and perspectives are uplifted, included, and amplified.
